1. Marketplace overview

Our Arab Heritage is a curated marketplace. Some products are sold by independent sellers, and those sellers are responsible for accurate listings, packaging, shipping, and fulfillment for their own products. OAH provides the marketplace experience, checkout flow, order notifications, and support coordination.

2. Use of the site

• You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.
• You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders or contacting us.
• You must comply with all applicable laws when using the site or purchasing products.

3. Orders, checkout, and payments

Checkout and payment processing are handled through Shopify and payment providers. Orders are subject to availability, price, inventory, seller fulfillment, and marketplace review. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate checkout, contact, and shipping information. Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout.

4. Seller fulfillment and customer data

Sellers may receive buyer shipping and order information only when needed to fulfill their own orders or respond to order-related support issues for their own items.

• Sellers may only access their own orders and items.
• Sellers may use buyer information only for fulfillment and order support.
• Sellers may not use buyer information for marketing, resale, sharing, unrelated contact, or advertising.
• Sellers are responsible for protecting buyer shipping information they receive.
• OAH may restrict or remove seller access if a seller misuses customer data.

5. Marketplace standards

OAH may restrict, reject, archive, or remove listings or seller access when marketplace rules, product standards, customer data rules, or platform safety requirements are violated. We may also pause or cancel orders when needed to address pricing, inventory, fraud, or marketplace integrity issues.

6. Intellectual property

The Our Arab Heritage name, branding, and content (including text, layout, and design) are protected. You agree not to copy or reuse substantial parts of the site without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from products sold by independent sellers.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as the marketplace evolves. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
